I get called a targeter whenever I’m on someone for more than 20 seconds. Maybe those people should watch this video to find out what a REAL targeter is lmao.
My Friend called me a targetter just cuz i attacked her and called me a bad Friend (she unfriend me btw also she was the Bad Friend)

I also got a funny story, so I play tails, only once a month, and I was expecting to have a Normal tails match. And the first ,atch starts normally, I'm the last alive so the sonic goes after me, I misclick and press arm cannon, killing me. And this guy says "lol ez your really trash'' and proceeds to dance on me, and I was about to be a good person how I usually am, saying gg and good job yall, and eventually the entire server is with this one guy, he becomes exe again and says he's gonna target me (he got exe twice in a row cus this was in febuary) and I decide to use knuckles, my main. And with nobody helping me, me being targeted, and juking this clown, he tells my teammates to help him by letting him kill them, they compied for some reason and I had six guy's on me, worrying most about the toxic sonic, and I decided to be a smart ass with him and taunted him when I stunned him while dodging the minions, to add insult to injury I purposely went into the goal ring at 2 seconds, no damage, a crap ton of danger time, and one really mad 7 year old who really got really cranky, eventually the antagonized became the antagonizer and after a very fast exe match where I asserted my dominance by killing all 6 of them before the 200 second mark, bro got mad and said "your hacking!!!!!!" And rage quitted

I have a story:
Sometimes, I get called a targeter just because I try to make it a fair game. And the way I do it is that when I attack one person, I go after someone else, and attack him, go after someone else, and so on. And sometimes when I pass a person I already attacked, I get called a targeter. I say that these people don’t even know what targeting is. I think they should watch this video to see what a targeter and T-bagger really is.

I usually never let exes hop on me so i keep them busy for the WHOLE match because they wont leave until they hit me once

I remember that on my third Sonic.exe the disaster video, I was called a targeter when I hit other people instead of going for the same person

I remember i was Tails and well, The exe was like the victim-order-chronology exe type and targetted me the whole fucking round (no damage aswell) but Knuckles was the only person who helped me ( kudos to the player) aswell with Eggy and we slayed him so hard (but Amy, Shadow and Cream did nothing)
I hate those people that revive you early, but don’t do anything else to help you while your ass is being targeted

This is super relatable. When I play, mostly Tails (since I kinda main him), every time I try and help someone get attacked by Sonic, I shoot him. THEN SONIC CHASES ME IMMEDIATELY AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE. Even the person Sonic was chasing.

That happens to me too, i'm a tails main and when i try to revive, SONIC.EXE NEEDS TO RUN ONLY IN MY DIRECTION, and the worse is that i'm not really good in this game, so i die every time

@@SEGADreamcast-SEGA Well, here we comes the entire "prey" function of the game, when you play as the survivors, you try to dodge the EXE at maximum, because you're afraid of losing, meanwhile when you're EXE, you're annoyed because you want to win, and the survivors are dodging, that is the cycle of the game that i could be self-aware when i played it for a long time

Honestly, well deserved because the targeting sonic got bodied, and the team legit helped u out all the way to the exit. That sonic player has a skill issue because he didn't even kill u thats just sad to witness.
I honestly don't even know how he managed to down me 1 minute in, and couldn't kill me for the rest of the round. That was just sad.

You know what is worse, than targeters? When all your teammates team with Sonic and dont help you. Definitely didnt happened to me, as Eggman (still survived tho, which is nice, but this was annoying...)
This is also relatable to me, I literally did nothing and then some random kid, ( probably kid ) just told everyone to target me, good thing I am a Cream Main, but since those toxic people actually have no brain, they don't even steal Cream for me so I can't outrun Sonic. And they all just reported me and kept saying I was hacking, good thing I had a friend of mine that joined me, he asked what was going on and I told him what happened, he was a Pro Player so he already kill all of them with not even the Exit Spawning, although we all died, I was happy to know that my friend is supportive. My other friends don't do that, that's what we call " True Friends ".

(New here-) This happened to me once and I was Knuckles and he was targeting me instead of getting the other and I had 128 secs danger of time and yeah I almost died or didn't jump at the ring but I made it just in time before it disappeared the ring and honestly I was so happy that I almost fell of the chair also nice game play plus ur a pro 👍
This reminds me way back when only Knuckles and Shadow had nerves of steel and Shadow didn’t lose speed once he got revived. I was playing as Knuckles, cuz he was my main at the time and we were on Hill and this Sonic would NEVER leave me alone. He would always try attacking me, ignoring others, and also camping when I got downed. I still escaped and he left in rage. I think my danger time was somewhere between 150-180.

I know this was a couple hours ago, but I also like how your team helped you through the whole game. I don’t think anyone helped me when I was targeted like that. The closest I could think of is Cream trying to lead him away and letting him chase her. But it was a long time ago so my memory might be a bit faded.

Not too long ago I was playing a "normal" match in The Disaster when this one user(Whose username was Hecker), called me a targeter just because she was at 100 HP and the other teammates(Knux, Shads, and Tails), were all at 35 HP. I didn't kill anyone that round, but she still kept on saying that I was a targeter. Eventually, her friend joined, and she began to lie saying that she was at half health when it was my turn. Then when I got killed by the exe and me and the other exes killed her, she said to her friend that I said I didn't like to be Sonic on private chat. Of course, I told everyone in public chat that I never said that, and she responded with "dang it", which gave her away that she was lying. The moment her friend asked her why she lied, she responded with "don't ask", and she left.
Some kids these days are just way too toxic to even know that getting EVERYONE to the same(or lower) health is PART of the game.

I'll tell a story.
The mode was hardcore, i chose rouge because she can allow EXE's location to be noticed. It's a normal round until the first 15 seconds pass, EXE full on targets shadow for no reason and camps his downed body, meanwhile sally goes for shadow, WHICH DIDN'T MATTER EITHER WAY BECAUSE SHADOW DIES THE NEXT SECONDS AFTER HIS POST INVICIBILITY. either way knuckles alsi gets targetted and dies, i decide to hide on a place somewhere and EXE almost gets me. Yes, he almost gets me dead, but right after that the exit begins and everyone alive escapes. If i remember enough, another person got hit, and then we got the best part, after the round ends, we could confirm EXE didn't talk at all during his server time, so we begin a plan.
The plan is simple, let me just put it in
We, the players would all die by the next EXE except for the targetter and then, with our plans ready, exe goes for tails first because he can glide and tails wasn't the targetter, it was sally, so tails goes for the targetter early, and we, the non targetters die later on due to exe and his minions, then guess what? We all follow sally because of his regrets and guess what? Sally dies and to add insult to injury, it was by a minion (they deal 20 damage) which led to their death. And to add EVEN MORE INSULT TO INJURY, the targetter ragequits immediately and we're all happy since we technically created a new mode.

Well, you can say targetting and being toxic too only makes you closer to losing! I remember a round where i and a group found 2 teamers, and one round Sonic.exe would purposely target the teamers while not even killing anyone else! I remember when i was downed, Sonic.exe would purposely camp to keep me alive.
That sonic.exe was petty. Truly targetting knuckles entire match. 80+ time of chasing should be the real targetting.

Here’s a tip for blocking run in a straight line and when it looks like he’s close enough to hit you block it takes some time to do it perfectly but it’s what I do and it gets sonic every time
Or if you have quick reaction you can wait the moment he lifts his arm up and block it

When blocking as a character keep moving forward then the exe will think of it as a opportunity then he’ll get blocked and you can run

pretty late ik but.. something like this happened to me before, the whole server was against- me for get this.. playing as sonic so no one was going to revive me so getting hit again was not an option but anyway, after the whole server insulting me and trying to block my screen the exit opened then i pulled a juke of a lifetime and well had sonic across the map with him still looking for me anyway.. exit open he was guarding it and shadow, egg, and amy kept trying to mess me up cream just watched, anyway he was camping so i was stalling for my punch once it was ready i charged in only to see him facing the other direction so i said "we do comedy around here" and punched him danced and escaped while the whole server was silent and the one person who joined and spectated me the whole match started cheering. anyway everyone kept insulting me then left.

I uave a story as well about someone targeting me. One time i was playing as eggie and like 20 seconds in the match this sonic comes out of nowhere and targets me for the whole round. Luckily, i got a blind luck hemorrhage mode next round and destroyed him. (Btw, the round i was being targeted in i juked him the whole round. He didnt catch me at all or even hit me. Keep in mind this was in a hardcore match.) So yeah. I also get called a targeter when i go for some person for more than 10 seconds. It bugs me a lot bc like, that wasnt targeting, bc i was near someone else. I go for whoever is closest to me, so that makes ppl call me a targeter. So yeah thats my story. It was a friendly exe who wanted to kill only me i made an no hit and the others helped me he called me 10 year old (well im actually 10) but when i escaped i juked him until it was at 1 second i and everyone won after that i was sonic.exe i killed everyone but i wanted to kill that guy for last i used grab on him (he was using tails) and i said (" number 19 mouse in baked beans") he rage quitted
