The problem is that we use it when we shouldn't. True heroes exist. Like firefighters. Going into a burning building to save strangers is heroic. Sacrificing or endangering your own life in any way to protect or save others makes you a hero in my book.

That was NO small action! That guy was persistent and amazingly kind to do what he did. Hooray for him and the sea lion! Much love and gratitude to humans out there rescuing animals. ❤ He is very brave, as well.

Couldn’t agree more! That guy was a true hero unlike a lot of those people who do good deeds just for recognition or views or the people that sign up for a job knowing the risk but then are called or believe themselves to be hero’s for simply doing what the job requires
I spare animals lives everyday by deciding not to buy their flesh, milk or eggs #govegan

I dont like the term hero but this man is a hero to me.Thank you sir for your actions and integrity.
I also don't like the word "Hero", it’s better to say "Real human”.
The problem is that we use it when we shouldn't. True heroes exist. Like firefighters. Going into a burning building to save strangers is heroic. Sacrificing or endangering your own life in any way to protect or save others makes you a hero in my book.
