You didn't mention that CQ12T can use only two FX per channel and have one headphone output and CQ18T can use 4 FX per channel and have two headphone output
thats because the dude on the left wouldnt be quiet long enough for the guy on the right to finish. honestly less comedy more specs would have been better for me
From reviews and comments I've read it seems that maybe they released these before they were ready. A lot of bluetooth/wifi issues. I will wait a few months to see if they update it because I'm on the fence between CQ18 or Yamaha DM3S.
Major Question: How does it sound compared to the old Zed10fx ? The cool features are one thing but I’m hoping for a big improvement upgrade on preamp sound quality. What can you say about that??? Nice video, Ty
Just got one of these. First time using Allen products. Super disappointed. The Bluetooth is giving me a lot of issues. It connects but it starts cutting halfway through the song
I want to have something shaped like this to replace antiquated cdjs. use 2 or 3 into an analog DJ mixer. have them linked. maybe a pitch fader. point being much of the magic with live DJ mixing is the blending of separate sounds from separate sources coming through the mixer. not the case with mixing in the DJ software. this is energetic science. there is no reason for jogs now. the latest generation of DJ has no connection to turntables whatsoever. even stand alone controller not ok. dvs is ok.
What the heck are you on about. These are multitrack mixers. CDJs are media players. Completely different products and use cases. I personally think SUVs are completely useless for most of the people out there. And guys that own pickup trucks in the city are compensating for inadequacies elsewhere...BUT it won't make sense for me to post that here because these guys are discussing MIXERS. ...make sense?
They should have given a wifi for the 12channel , a bit disappointed tats my take ! Price point is fantastic but are artist getting paid the same they invest in Gear !! I'm sorry folks I've been investing a lot on gear and I have come to conclusion better to use analogue stuff which does the same thing at lesser price this is just fancy stuff to waste our money 😂😂I don't have any bad vibes it's my thoughts and what I feel so no offence to anyone here cheers
This is the best dirty joke in the industry, great design and working wifi, nice screen and set of features, but then all of the sudden idiot friendly software with moron friendly fx controls, no sub groups, no compressor on outs, and only TRS on AUX outputs. WTF crisp, soft, deep, and thick means for a reverb?! 😃🙆🤦 A complete disaster...

Thank you,
I was wondering why I don’t see 4 FX on my new CQ12

Any of these problems resolved with firmware updates?
@@rockon856 Sorry I have no idea. I never ended up buying one. I still haven't settled on the right mixer. lol
The one thing I'm curious about is how seamless scene switches are, and if you can override automatic muting on a scene switch
Allen & Heath CQ18T how many OHM headphones can you connect?

That sucks. Waiting for mine to come in still hoping it doesn’t have any issues.
Can we keep this chain going ? I’m looking into digital, and I’m debating between this and an x-air
bluetooth is a dumb standard, just use wifi
My Bluetooth works fine
My bluetooth for music has had no issues.
I am very concerned how the 24 USB returns are managing. Do they eat input channels or are digitally independently controlled somehow?
Holy crap, the guy on the right reminds me of Woody Harrelson...
Wish he would have let the other guy speak
super annoying
Get to the point!!
