Good leadership is not about age, it's about how a person motives, on how a person is capable of mobilizing his assets or everything that the person has. Every person journeys start with a beginning, Every person who has a college degree start with the kinder or grade 1, Every person who has a high position in a company probably start with a lower rank...There are definitely a lot of examples that I can give which are very common and very understandable. Admitting being a newbie is a good thing because it will prove how you are willing to learn.We dont have to say negative things about him.We should support him and his family who leads our country to the bright future ahead of us. This is a real talk..I guess whatever success runs in their paths, it means they are blessed and they are fortunate..We cannot control destiny except the one above us.I had a lot of things to say but Writing here is somehow tiring ...heheehe
