Hey, Watched the video and let me say I'm glad you're doing better. I work in healthcare and have seen some spider bite situations with extremely bad outcomes. The reason I clicked on the video in the first place is that I'm a frequent visitor to the shoe in both winter and summer and wanted to see what happened to you up there that made your ski trip a nightmare. Well, come to find out that not only did your nightmare have nothing to do with Snowshoe but your 1 interaction with Snowshoe staff ended up in you getting $1000 in credit for a future trip. Also I think you would be hard pressed to find an airb&b or vrbo or hotel for that matter that would have refunded part of the stay after your check in date. So the headline for the video is pretty misleading in that it makes one think that Snowshoe ruined your trip when in fact they had nothing to do with it. And def go back in the summer for the bike park.
No I totally understand and yes I agree it was a nightmare, all I'm saying is your headline makes one think it had to do with where you went. I'm headed to Utah next week and man if anything health wise were to happen before we go, it would def be a nightmare. but not necessarily Snowbirds fault, all good brother, sorry it happened to ya and I'm glad you're on the mend. @@WeekendPirate
@@WeekendPirate your headline should have read..my poor choices ruined my ski trip, if you would have treated that spider bite the moment it happened you would have been over it in a day or two no infection, antibiotics don’t treat most spider bites anyway.
Glad your ok now that's most important ❤
That sucks man. Better luck next time. Thanks for posting.
Thank you 🙏

Hear me out. I drove 15 hours, Didn’t get to ski, leg got badly infected, and I lost a bunch of money. So for me, it was a nightmare ski trip.
