If you want it to go faster go to to program 6 bring the wheel size down let it go back to display then go back on and turn it to 20 size that unlocks speed to over 55km try it bro
I have the Engwe ep 2 pro and my father has the xpn. I Wish I bought the lectric. I got tricked by the 750 watt but lectric is a way more powerful bike and the 10 amp battery last even more than the EP2 pro 12.8. plus the throttle only working at the pas speeds is a real bummer . all and all I don't like my ep2 pro. XP climbs hills no problem. the Engwe has trouble on even small hills and the hills kill the battery so fast. Engwe is lying to customers .
btw you can hold down the plus and minus and get into settings then hold them both again and change the peddle assists from 5 to 3 only which you would like better . you only need 3 and 5 takes too long to get moving .
BTW you can use the XP.battery in your Engwe or Engwe battery in the XP so if you are going riding alone you can take both batteries to get more miles .

Does it work in the winter/on snow and ice?
Sorry, I live in San Diego, we don't get snow here.
here's a video covering how to fully unlock the acceleration and engine power settings:

Your weight was a factor in the test between the 2 bikes. The engwe was carrying at least 80 more lbs
true to that, maybe even more weight.
