    Thanks for the video. It would be good watching you walk through using the software plugin you just presented by actually setting up the spindle and holder on a 'new' wasteboard location for UCCNC - entering values and why, stepping through which buttons you are clicking, and values being entered and why and seeing the results of each click or value entered; also probe setup, and even making mistakes and fixing them, until fully configured. Perhaps a 3 or 4 part series....Additionally, I have a dustcover that may or may not need to be removed for each tool change - and seeing you address this for both situations - 1) when removal of the dustcover is necessary (and the macro), and how it would look and work when it is not needed).

    I have a 750 watts spindle ER16, I have tried to run at 2000 and I can stop the spindle rotation with my hand... I wondering if in going be able to run your ATC with my spindle . Because I have doubts about the torque required. It's a brake resistor need it for this to work correctly?

      Thank you for the comment and question. A brake resistor is not needed. It does help to stop the spindle before a tool change so you don't have to wait for it to spin down before running it in reverse to unload a tool. As far as torque goes I run my 800 watt spindle at 2000 rpm loading and unloading.
      The torque of the spindle is irrelevant. I can get about 7 ft lbs from a 75 watt spindle at 2000 rpm. the speed of the spindle is what drives the torque. For instance an ER20 2.2Kw spindle is about 1500 rpm to get 12-15 ft. lbs of torque. An ER25 4kw spindle only needs 1000 rpm and an ER25 6Kw spindle is about 800 rpm. We are Beta testing ER32 now.

      @@RapidChangeATC thanks for your answer, so what is the clearance need it from the rapid ATC bottom to the upper top surface in order to have compatibility with my router ?

    • @RapidChangeATC

      @@dmiasesores the over all clearance with a dust cover opening is 92mm. Without the housings and cover the basic magazine is about 51.5mm high.

    Damn, that was nice but also a LOT to configure. Im wondering if I can even do it on mach3 now. I might have to change to uccnc just for this wizard when I get mine lol

      The Wizard does make it nice to have everything spelled out.

    Do you happen to have an ETA on when the Mach4 setup will be released?
    I'm amazed with what you guys have achieved thus far!

      Thank you! We are working very hard at it LOL.We will have Mach4 ready soon we are working on it now! Looks like we may get some help with it as well. My son James does all our in house coding so to speak But we have had community members work on LinuxCNC and another guy is working on GrblHal now.

    Hi. In this video it seems the customer is running UCCNC on a MAC. Do you know which Virtual Machine program he is using ? I have Parallels Desktop 19 but it is not able to correctly manage the UCCNC program (graphical problems) 😞
    Thanks in advance for your help

    Will this work with stepcraft UCCNC and m1000 stepcraft machines?,

      Thank you for the question and comment! As long as you can run the spindle in reverse with M4 it will work. I am not familiar with Stepcraft machines so I don't know if they come wired for reverse but most of the time this is easily overcome.

    Are you going to continue to support Grbl_ESP32, such as OpenBuilds Black box x32?

    • @RapidChangeATC
      @RapidChangeATC  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It runs on FluidNC which is a flavor of Grbl-ESP32 and I believe it runs on the black box but I am not 100% certain. We are working on GrblHal and should have that available soon.

    Will it work with millright or ugs

    • @RapidChangeATC
      @RapidChangeATC  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If your using FluidNC it will run with UGS. I am not sure about millright as I am not familiar with their control software.
