Not actually. Bloom has warm undertone whereas Ruby woo is more neutral.

Sorry to say that I haven't tried out Mars butter sticks yet. So dont know the formulation. May be its similar to the superstay ones (from the different review videos it seems like that)...not sure.
The superstay ones are having really nice formulation. You can try it.
