Honestly i don't know why, buy during this exercise , when she was smiling and coming towards me , i broke myself in tears, again i don't know how and why all of a sudden during a manifestation but it made me cry a bit
I'm not even kidding when I say this works, it's trippy af. about 30 minutes after completing this exercise he called me and we chatted for 2 hours. After that phone call I personally think we would be better off as friends bc he's not over his ex but damn that call gave me some clarity that I desperately needed.

It isnt important to picture them. The most important aspect is to feel how it would be when you embrace. How it would feel to be close.

My heart aches for you guys who said you have tears in your eyes when doing the meditation. Because I have someone I really love. When just thinking if there's any possibility to be with that person, I started having tears in my eyes. Friends, I know your feelings and how bad you want to have your SP to be with you. I hope you get what you want at the end!
I gave up on her today, one thing is because of my personality, I'm so bad at meditation, I can't focus. Another thing is, in reality, I'm not her type. I'm not even in the game and I don't want to be a simp. So I decided to leave.

I have done a lot of work on myself and on this relationship with my SP. It's crazy because when you said, "Imagine your SP is slowing walking towards you & getting closer & closer" it was almost like a cartoon where you just see a pile a dust behind them because they move so fast 🤣 he didn't slowly walk towards me. I blinked and he was in front of my face, all up in my face kissing me, with his hands on my hips, so I'm just gonna go ahead & assume this propelled my manifestation TREMENDOUSLY!! 😍❤️🙏
