You'd have to cut a notch in the bumper/ grab a cb7 bumper and I believe the piping would need to be bent upward into the chassis near the fuel tank but it shouldn't take too much work
Sorry for the late response, but I believe they have quit making these systems for the 90-93 Accord. From what I believe, 94-97 system will fit with some modification, or you could just get one used from Facebook, Ebay or something.

Where did you get your test pipe from? What brand ?
I believe it was a Megan Racing test pipe, but I don't remember where it's from.
