Great content , can`t understand why you don`t have more subscribers. Doing my first Ironman in Sept. and I have been neglecting the nutrition aspect. Gels and powders are expensive for weekly use I`ll see if my stomach can handle Gatorade for an extended time.

Nutrition is the 4th and most difficult discipline. Make your own mix… start with 2:1 Malto:Fructo but add electrolytes & caffeine if/as necessary
