Infinix laptops might sound like a good deal but don't fall into this trap. Me and my friend purchased it around 6 months back and we both are facing issues with it after around 4 months of use. Inbook laptops have a quality control issue and a very worse after sales service. Infinix laptops start getting some problems after 3-6 months of use. Either the SDD drive fails or the laptop stops booting. When you contact customer support nobody will come to pick up the laptop for weeks even after calling multiple times. Even when they came after 10 days, it took them around a month to repair it. They kept on saying that there are no spare parts available at the moment. And I had to lose all my data on the laptop plus suffer loss as I was not able to do any work. After they returned back the laptop it again started developing new problem. The screen started going blank randomly. In the last 6 months I have given it 2 times for servicing already and both time they took 1 month to repair it. I would strongly suggest to spent 3-4K extra and go for trusted brands like Acer/Asus/HP. Buying Infinix laptop is too much of a hassle, headache and waste of money.

Laptop is dead within 15 days. I purchased Infinix X1 Slim in the month of June 2022 and this laptop failed to start just within 15 days. I've been calling Infinix customer care service since 2 weeks and every time they give false assurance that some technician will visit within 24 to 48 hours. It's been such a long time, so many days have passed, I almost call them alternate days and they give false assurance. The laptop does not start at all. It's so sad that Infinix is just not interested in providing service. I'm unable to do my office day to day work since the laptop is completely dead and despite so many days, I've not received any service. If you have contact with company, please try to send them this message. Maybe they will listen to famous youtuber like you.

Initially people said if you wanted to purchase a TVs you should go for Samsung, LG ,Sony like these brands after that once MI, realme, Motorola, one plus tv's came into the market and available in cheap price and given best performance for that reason these brands now ruled the market .... In future , laptop segment as well the same thing happened and ruled the market these brands....

You can view 4k video with no stutters, and it has 100% color accuracy! In gaming also it can handle light gaming. You can play indie games and other light games at lowest settings. Multitasking is also top notch. I code on it too.
