since phantom dancer got buffed, would it be good on lucian over shiv for prolonged fights and duels? (since he has to get close range)
pd and shiv are both good, just try them out, it doesn't really matter
+Pyrrelda Shiv is not an item for Dueling.. You should take Shiv when you're relatively safe in fights (team has good peel/cc to keep you safe) so that you can pump out the AOE damage from the proc or when you need some extra wave clear because your team doesn't have any.
Take PD when you are in danger or for duels. If your team cant peel that annoying poppy or Garen off of you then PD gives you some substantial survivability as you kite and it is pretty self explanatory for dueling. The way to look at it is in a 1v1 fight would you rather deal 50-120 extra magic damage (Minus a percentage based on their MR) or would you rather reduce their damage by a consistent amount through the whole fight? Not to mention PD gives 10% more attack speed which is pretty integral in most adc kits. In a 1v1 fight as an adc you're either going to die really fast or kill something really fast (unless its a tank or something) and so you'll only proc Shivv maybe twice in a duel. Keep that in mind.

Sigh, I love QT and Dyrus's chemistry; QT the outspoken and 'FeelsGoodMan' style, and Dyrus's undervalued dry humour... but man, I can't stand Dom. He's just so negative, never happy about what anyone does, and always blames shit for his failures. I miss QT's streams, and thanks 2ndSequence for putting up these tastes of the PieLord, but can't watch them when he duos with Dom every day - if I wanted to watch some toxic salticity, I'd watch Dom's stream.
