Until the mid 1960s blacks voted Republican and had conservative family values with both parents in the home. Since switching to Democrat, black cities have gone to hell with 74% fatherless homes...coincidence? I think not. The American government doesn't have a special agenda that helps latins, East Indians, Asians or any other group, but yet those groups are doing better than blacks, who have been in America much longer. How do you explain that?
Blacks aren't at the bottom because of racism, it's because of a broken value system in black homes. The only way to equality is a revolution within the black race. First start by drilling into the minds of black youth why they shouldn't have kids before marriage since achieving the American dream is easier as a couple than it is for a single parent. Blacks have the highest rate of single parenthood of any race and are doing the worst of any race...coincidence? I think not. Getting back to conservative values is the saving grace for the black race.

Ya I agree, but I'm not quite sure where that line is. If there are real and major disparities against blacks in a specific organization or sector, it definitely needs rooted out. That being said, by focusing so much on race, even in the name of improving the relationship, it only encourages the breakdown. The problem with most racial accusations is that they are generalized. As Ben Shapiro says, "Show me a specific instance, person, or organization and I will stand up beside you and fight it, but if you only generalize, as in 'America is racist' I can't do anything because the stats show otherwise."
