Now THIS is what we need to see more on yt! This was the most perfectly done ASMR I’ve ever seen. Lofi whispering, the satisfaction on the tutorial and the chemistry, those marker sounds, everything!
Please make more! I love every second of integration of interests and practicality and this is exactly that. I love this video and I believe there's not enough actual chemical reactions on the internet so to have it also be ASMR makes it kinda stand out. Again thank you and keep up the good work.
Seeing you actually get the light pink was very soothing (once the fear of the magenta not fading passed, lol). I remember the first time I tried this experiment in chemistry, my group tried it three times and we always got bright magenta. Knowing that we can rinse the buret tip to get smaller quantities of liquids at the end is good to know, especially because I get impatient near the end of titration and end up adding too much base. Thanks for the video!
Listening to this past midnight cause I just crammed for a Chem unit test & I was only able to go over a quarter of the things that will be on the test. 😬 Can't sleep from the stress, then stressing more about not sleeping enough cause I have early classes. Hopefully this vid will trick me into thinking I am being somewhat productive, so my brain can rest. Will update tmrow abt how it went
@@Gatozparty haha I should have updated when I said I would. Cause it's 7 months ago so I'm not sure (last year's term) but I know that my percentage at the end of the class was the highest at a 96 so! guess that's why I still haven't learned not to cram last minute 😅
Next video: Using LCMS to identify an unknown substance and its molar mass, then analyzing the retention time of the acquisition time to determine whether the substance is polar or non-polar, Asmr
Perfekt, if you could do the same video, but with a protein purifcation, i would not only be helped falling asleep, but also preparing for my internship 😅
Hey mate, that's a nice video you did here. Im only a high school student but I think you should put ur solutions in a Becher instead of picking it up direcly inside the bottle. this can avoid contamination if your "long glass pipe" isn't washed properly. (sry for grammar im french 😅) Hopes you'll make more video like those!
But you skipped the whole point of this experiment, which is determining the concentration of one of the solutions (I didn't pay that much attention lol). I wanna learn lol
To Tom connel, your comment suggests that perhaps you have chosen the wrong major and maybe should consider studying English language arts for pursuing a career in poetry - You have a back for words my friend
A relaxing titration? I thought the day would never come.
I Cant believe i actually searched for this
Real
Search this before exam ☠️
You watch Nile red n blue n them
Me too brother
Awesome right ?

I got the tingles when you said “meniscus”
how i fall asleep the night before and exam 😌
Thats for real tho🤣🤣
Covid 19 puts an end to my analytical chemistry labs? No worries, problem solved 😁
Me too... :( Government restrict schools to operate and there's no exception include practice in laboratory
Whoever disliked this video must be shunned. This content is the content we all want.
bruh just deal with it and stop living in your herd mentality. That has negative effects for people who you care about.
@@donkeykongisbetterthanmari7495 we must fight against public enemy number one, high school chemistry!

have a chem test on moles tmrw hopefully this info engrains in my brain whilst im sleeping goodnight

Why am I watching this? I don’t know. But I love every second of it
I am so surprised to see this video exist! Content from my Chemistry exam in ASMR??!! Yes please!
The first rule of titration club: you don't blink.
So satisfying 😩👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

mr dougherty i miss you and your class so much
chem 2 makes my brain hurt ;--;
Made my day lol best video and I didn’t even know what you were talking about
Thank you Mr. Dougherty, very cool

Fantastic!! Looking forward to more content.
I absolutely love this!! please make another experiment ASMR!!
Titration lab flashbacks... I remember having to redo it so many times because i kept going too fast :/
Very good I want a second episode!!!
I study a carrerof chemistry and THIS is amazing. I was looking for this. Love this. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaank you for this uwu
YEA MR WHITE! YEA SCIENCE!
i live for your content
Can I get a 10 minute video of just that stirrer thingy?
Great stuff Daniel, thanks for the video.
please make more of these

10/10 ASMR
Art
I could be wrong but i think i had to do this back in Chem lab when I was a freshman in college lol 😂
This video is a banger
Nice
Happy B-Day Mr Dougherty 👊😌
Oh my god, I love this.
thanks to coronavirus i discovered this wonderful video
The secret to a good titration is to not drop the beat too fast
i am surprised at how much i liked watching this since i find titrations annoying lol
Omggggg I love it. Thanks so much
Only watching informational videos on how to perform chem labs in asmr now
phenolphthalein is misspelled on your bottle ;)
great video :D
About to take my chem final in two days, I haven’t done a science lab since 8th grade and I’m a junior 😂.
So... is the NaOH solution 0.5 M?
Now, years later, I notice that I have made a mistake. The HCl solution is 1.87 M. I have no idea why I said that the NaOH solution is 0.5 M.
Excuse me sir... You forgot your gloves :(
But you skipped the whole point of this experiment, which is determining the concentration of one of the solutions (I didn't pay that much attention lol). I wanna learn lol
Usually i don't use a funnel and i put all my compounds in différents becher
ngl this is actually kinda nice tho :)
Bro I searched this as a joke
Urban Meyer flask? Roll tide
dan is love. dan is life.
dan wheres your ppe? :(
WHERE ARE YOUR GLOVES DUDE
The fact that you don’t have gloves gives me anxiety ;-; good video though
it's just a simple titration. i guess there's no need to waste a pair of gloves for these low concentration NaOH and HCl.
I handle conc. H2SO4 without gloves
@@c0ppersulfate but even if it has low concentration it still chemical substances and sodium hydroxide can be irritated for some of skins.
@@jeppy4021 so you are such an ignorrant for your health😌
1 M NaOH has a pH of 14, anything over 12 is dangerous@c0ppersulfate

pleasent
The ting sound was to loud
2:43-3:28😌😌😌
This is so fucking gas
I don’t understand mole math help 😂😂
Make some bromine btw)
There are a multitude of practical mistakes in this video. Great as an asmr video. Not so great as an instructional video.
Analytical chemists are weird… I gotta go…
burette reading should be taken to the nearest 0.05cm cubed but this video is great :D
Ratioed
Creepy voice! Nope! Byyyyyyeeee!
