My mother went to rest with the lord this past May. This song also reminds me of this wonderful human being who has entered this world with a purpose to let everyone who she crossed paths know that there is a God who is loving, who desires us and loves and that is always good. She saw his goodness in her trails when she had lost her son (my brother), her sister, some of her Bible school students throughout the years. The strength He gave us, the doors He opened, the peace that embraced us in those seasons. And when she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 7 years ago she was sad about it, but she took that and said to us the assignment still stands and I will worship Him whether I receive my healing or not till my very last breath I will worship and used this to glorify the name of the Lord. And so she sang and preached and declared to all listening ears and open hearts that God is God and He is still good. That He is always good no matter what is coming against us! No matter what the doctors say! His goodness, His love carries us through the toughest seasons we face. And anyone who reads this always hold on to our loving father ABBA. He never leaves us. He never forsakes us! With tears in my eyes I will also join in and say that God is good! Always was and always will be! Praise, honor and glory to the Most High God! 🙌🏼🤍♥️
