I feel you bro, teamates can be a real challenge, u just gotta assert ur authority and get them to follow u and listen to u, make a plan for them, and then u will be much better off
PD is wild. Taught me about patience even though I was actually very emotional. I once won a PD with team players from tier 5 or below against a team with tier 10 players. The point is that they believe in team strategy even though they are amateurs rather than tier 10 who are individualists
