She's having fun by not making fun of people, she's just being herself and unfortunately that forgetful thing/twisted tongue is her weakness. Soshi accept it for as long they've lived together as charming point of hyoyeon, people close to her or at least have worked with her find her really charming and funny for they way she acts and talks.
