I went through so many things but
For recovering
I started pubg but that not work for me for so longer
So I started meditation and cut off from social media
Because social media affected me too much that i can't bear that time
So i quite everything alcohol (occasionally tha) , pubg and many other things
Meditation is the only thing that taught me to regain my self and removing so many bad things from my life

My ex left me and I did the same....always wanted to join Civil Services so I took a risk and resigned from my I.T job and started preparing for UPSC( but couldn't clear it yet) and it's my last attempt due to my age but tab se ab tak I'm focused only on UPSC...and honestly I never ever looked back...jisne aap k sath zindagi bitani hoti hai woh aap ki har situation whether good or bad sath rahega...aur jisne jana hota hai he/she never cared for you...I had just one relationship in my life and it's been 4 years tab se it's only Civil Services that I'm focused on

Ekdam right....when God takes someone from u....u get numerous others to make u happy...after my breakup....mere dad apne hatho se mujhe roti bhi khali di...as my mom expired just few months befor my breakup....in fact ...after break-up,I was addicted to drinks...which I managed to leave after my marriage....also I became a hard core lover of gardening...worked very hard in my job....now I'm an entrepreneur as mentioned in my logo.....

i saw many tears so i can say that and especially for women - don't share yourself physically with everyone.
