Jim Hinson i think so too. higher output pickups into a high gain settup = megadeth or marty friedman. no tubescreamer or drive pedals used i think,those always make your pickups sound like emg's anyway.

How would you say this one compares to the ENGL Fireball 100 lead channel tone wise?
kinda like the buzzy tone. Marty always kinda had that even on his Dragon's kiss album. Use some Duncan JB's and your there i think.
