Agree on the New Army main.I usually switches between the webley and the new army.If the enemy has no one shot users like flare or knife users,or even some martin/trapdoor tryharders,I'd rather go for new army.If they have some one shot tryhards,webley is my definite go-to gun.Usually takes a few deaths to figure out what they are using lol.
New Army players usually have 19th century military avatars like me (mostly from the American Civil War due to the weapon seeing major usage there) or some cowboy avatar. Usually it's the latter though.

I just love the gun so bloody much. Fire rate + accuracy + 2-tap headshot kills+ 54 ammo spare, (sadly nerfed to 30 awhile back) + instant draw fire (can fire as soon as you equip) makes for a hefty gun. Been using it since it was added to the game. The only thing I wish it did: reload like the Mare's leg or Webley. Crew guns: I main with either the Martin, Ross, or Enfield for the average game. Generally I play Martin at the beginning to shoot out plane pilots and machine gunners at maximum range, and switch to Ross or Enfield when getting into cannon range. If playing Raid as pirate, I go Enfield exclusively for torpedo-intercepting. If the other team has a lot of people trying to board us (or just really sweaty) I will normally switch from a rifle to a shotgun (Auto 5 or 24-Karat for the aesthetic) and crack down on them. If it is casual gameplay, rifles are the way to go. Me: Semi-military avatar/casual avatar. Some of it looks military, but at least wasn't titled as such. But apparently darker brown avatar clothing is considered "military" despite me attempting to use it to not really stand out. At this point I am level 167 and consider myself fairly friendly on servers. I am naturally told to touch grass or quit hacking fairly often, but such is the way of the ZW playerbase. A match or 2 a day since summer of 2020 levels you up more than you'd expect.
@MetisMan I have seen a couple, but I believe it is too accurate to waste rounds with, so I aim for the head. I can normally with in a toe-to-toe fight with shotgun or trench gun users

I use vetterli while parachuting, yep indeed re-equipping the parachute per vetterli shots mainly to hunt fleeing parachuters or fly-by planes. I'm just a floating shooter tbh
I usually use Frommer and Axe because in the time it takes me to throw the axe and abuse the ridiculous ricochet, the Frommer will have reloaded, and I'm ready to loose off another burst. It's a very effective cycle which has almost no downtime and the only situation in which it suffers is when you're facing more than 3 enemies at a time. Beyond that, it works well and suits my playstyle. tl;dr frommer+axe=OP
Im pretty sure that Winchester shotgun is the New Army's bigger brother, altough i literally have not seen another player use it thus far so im basing it off myself
We can be very reactive to your presence we could shoot you on the spot or we could miss you instantly (just depends if we’re mad or not irl) we are very observant and usually keep the ship alive

DB and superposed is quite good,but superposed got some random pellet spread,just like the winchester.If you are intending to one shot somebody and it turns into some kind of random baby damage,that would be very bad.

Stormer is indeed quite a useful gun in mid range for dispatching aa campers,along with trapdoors.You will definitely surprise the campers with how long the stormer reaches
