  • Today's interview is with one of my closest friends, Ms. April Mason. She's an international speaker, best-selling author (Identity Swith), TEDx speaker, restauranteur, and she coined & trademarked the phrase Feminine CEO. She is the expert on all things feminine, love and relationships, and identity switching. So in this interview, we explore dating in modern times, the importance and power of a woman's divine femininity, how those seeking a traditional relationship can win in a modern world, and how the internet creates tension between men and women. Did I mention she not only coaches women but she also created a safe space for men to get guidance with her new platform "The Feminine Ear." Enjoy the conversation and tap in with our guest (below).

I love the part about not blaming your partner for their shortfalls bc YOU chose them and that's who you chose at the time bc they were the energetic match for you at that time...the trauma bond...
Better yourself and you'll attract a better partner (either through your current partner leveling up WITH you or by them falling to the wayside and space being created for your new energetic match to present themselves). 👐🏽👐🏽 A word.

I can't relate to women who feel like there is a shortage of good black men, because I feel like they are everywhere. Intellect, integrity and confidence make me feel some electricity all up and through. I'm secure in my womanhood, a little Sagittarius fire in my belly, and I don't really care about a man's money. Maybe simple things make me happy.🤷🏾‍♀️

She is absolutely beautiful. Wanting and desiring a man is healthy and normal when you are a young woman in childbearing years, however, that desire and longing can and does change especially after a certain age. Talk to women close to and over 50. Even women in good, loving, "successful" marriages admit that they would be perfectly fine and very happy on their own. Their husbands, most times, on the contrary, would never want to be on their own.

And I think it's fair to say, women are responsible for triggering all that luxurious civilization we have today to happen. That's just facts of life. Great conversation exchange. Because many people associate "virtuous wonan" usually with Bible verses and many people don't follow the Bible.
"Feminine" doesn't have a religious context and most women have an incorrect understanding of feminity. I've been following April for years

Even with an identity switch, that doesn't make you immune to making a bad decision. It will still pay to know what to look out for. The subconscious is very very very good at making the same mistakes. No matter how long w've worked on yourself and make this "identity shift " We need to be conscious and present as much as possible, and not be living on autopilot.

    Spiritual …

I can say I like the interview. The only thing I would say that's missing anyway is the tax bracket for his financial? You may get a woman that makes $150,000 a year and you may get a man that only makes 65,000.70,000 a year. My belief is you don't look at being equal financially but emotionally. My wife she makes about 150,000 a year and I make about $70,000 a year on top of other extra obligations. But due to the fact that we are connected emotionally financially works itself out. Like my father always said we know how to make money but like our Caucasian counterparts we do not know how or invest in the money that we make to allow the money that we do make grow for us. So I will add on to this interview to tell my men and women brothers and sisters are here just because you making a lot of money. Don't mean that you're going to be able to keep a lot of money. If you do not know how to invest and spend money and those who have a little money or average money, learn how to invest to have comfortable money

We as Black people have many steps to healing. Education and suppoting ourselves was out of necessity. Our men historically were hurting internally, and it was reflecting shooting towards their women folk..... women want to heal our history has been a long journey and continues ...first we externally secured the finances of our being now we can go internally and begin to heal. Our men may take some time to catch up... some have moved on to Swirl as part of their journey and heal. But I think in the end we will overcome and join as one again.

I'm so happy to hear that he's a father ❤️❤️❤️ I just adore him and his wellness work! He is the best, for sure! Meeting him in LA for the first time in December, he was so genuine and kind! Ooh he’s just perfect in my eyes 👀
