- yea. information taken from Google. in 2008 Beijing Olympics China Government thought it would look bad if the 2nd girl sang the national anthem ( cuz she looks ugly according to them ) so they just made a girl lip sync on the stage that they thought was pretty enough to stand on the stage. :).
