My Dad was an Acholic. He couldn't kick the beer but her tried many times. Cancer got him in the end but he did everything he could when he found out to try and earn forgiveness from me and I knew I wanted to be everything good in him. I don't drink, I started to but things started going sideways and my Dad telling me he wanted better for me then he got and he was trying but was far from good enough. Dad if I could see you today I'd say you weren't good enough. You were more than good enough you are a great dad even if you weren't perfect.
This was my parents. Psychopathic abusice drunk for a dad and a mom who could not have cared less cuz hecwascgreat to her. She litetally loved when he was bad to us. Nowcshe has demwntia, he lives in a drunken haze and is notctsking peopper carecof her. Their livescare turning out exactly how they deserve!
We've all sinned and fallen short of God's perfect standard. Because of this, we deserve eternal death and separation from God. But God, in His incredible love and grace, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. Jesus' sinless sacrifice forgives our sins, and His resurrection conquering death, gives us hope for eternal life. You will be saved and forgiven if you believe and put your faith in Him, as Romans 10:9 says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Yes, the messiah already came and He offers forgiveness of sins. You just have to believe and put your faith in Him and you can be saved from Hell also.

@@flamevix There is no “your truth” there is one truth and that’s Jesus Christ. Yes Jesus was Jewish but Romans 10:4 “For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God.” We are in the new covenant now. We are called Christians because we follow the very Christ that the jews were awaiting but rejected.
