I love how the keiki’s get involved, I’ve been in the cooking industry majority of my life and as I would cook with my family my nieces and nephews always wanted to be around and help and watch. I love the excitement on their faces, watching them learn new things and ask questions. And now I no longer need to cook or assist in the kitchen anymore because they can do it all. So officially when I’m off the clock I can enjoy that time, watching them do what they learned and how they seek my opinion and satisfaction of what they cooked. Who knows you might have a future Chef in the Ohana. For myself still wondering who would follow in my steps and be a Chef. Keep it up, your videos are great to watch, local style cooking family oriented.🤙🏽
