51:29 thanks for the shoutout, Matt! 😂👍 “the one of you who is left” 😂 bizarro TH-cam comment… here it comes… Have you considered following Fiscal Flows (government spending/withdrawals - deposits) from the Daily Treasury Statement, and Bank Credit reported on FRED and comparing that to the stock market as a whole and to individual stocks, and sectors? An Evil Dead reference at the end? 😂🤣 so many great quotes from that movie! Absolute insanity 😂
@51min yes we are still listening. I finish almost all your episodes which I start. Just great content. Thought provoking and idea generating. I just had Chat GPT summarize Sun Tzu - so thanks for that too.
You guys work so well together. Both apparently genuine. Sometimes I learn from you (often in fact), but often I discard what I learn. I don't think that I'm doing anything you guys are suggesting, but there's an element of value, some TA, some charting and some common sense and I'm getting 20-25% per year. Love listening to you and I'm hoping that subliminally, you are improving my knowledge. Really enjoy your stuff and think your format, your revisits and your guests are great. Great job.
@52 mins. Glad to see in the comments below that I was not the only weirdo 🙂 More of us than U think 😉😎😂 Was worth hanging on til the end - last place I thought I would hear a Remy Ma mention 🙂 Cool
What's great about today's market is you don't have the kind of never-cheap IV & put-call skew like back in the late 90s. Back then the vix was often in the mid 20s. Today valuations are nuts, B-BB spreads look like 06-07, LT TIPS yields are relatively high but not high enough to justify heavy allocation, but options are cheap. When you have skew, rho and vega all on your side, you get stuff like collars and 0DTE-2y calendar etc for basically free.
Copper, Lumber, Gravel producers mean revert. VCR, Gramophones, Eight Track Tapes, Floppy disk producers not so much anymore the challenge is identifying in which category the security is.
You're doing a fantastic job! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Ugh I missed the "practical lessons" title. Really dislike these regurgitations. Skipping to the next actual interview episode, they're so much better.
Brilliant podcast. Thank you so much, guys!
