Hey Kristy, I’ve come on to tell you I tried the RAIN by tera brach but didn’t feel it resonated with where I am now. So tried the Mooji meditations and I never know if I’m ‘doing it right’ even though there’s no right way to do it. I found them so peaceful, more so because he wasn’t telling me to visualise and issuing instructions on what to look out for emotionally which I find hard in general meditations. So thank you so much for pointing him out to me 🥹 I can’t really describe the feeling when you come out of it. I feel SO LIGHT in my body, like I’m floating. Clear in the mind but also like I’ve been woken up from a deep sleep. It’s so strange. Anyway, THANK YOU and have the best day 🥰

So crazy. My person told me hes afraid of the unknown. Hes attached and definitely has an AVOIDANT ATTACHMENT STYLE. Hes had two very toxic relationships and i know i scare him because im constantly trying to communicate and i know i treat him like no one else ever has. Both of his past relationships just TOOK from him.
The new person sounds a lot like the past person. I would say that i heard years ago that as you manifest you attract similiar people, each one is closer to your ideal. My past person had a lot of what i was looking for, but his addictions and baggage destroyed the relationship, as was meant to be so i could heal. He couldn't change, so maybe the new person will be able to rise up. However, the more you describe him, the more he sounds like my ex. He is with the woman he left me for. Unfortunately, they are both recovering from addictions which bonded them in the first place. So, not sure its really love. I don't Want to think about it. It has been incredibly difficult to let him go, even though i know he has too many obstacles that he couldn't navigate when he was drinking. I wish him well, but i hope my new person has it together.
