Holy light boost core makes certain percentage of mdmg counted to heal total calculation.
As long as you have a Holy Light Boost Verus then yes if none then mdmg doesn’t increase your healing

Yes can still use it, but during MVP I would suggest focusing on heal for the MVP pointing system.

what i do is use sanc every 10 - 12 seconds then spam heal.. I mostly get top 5 on healing using this technique

The healing points for mvp only work if your team is taking damage from boss right ?. Does it count if your team hp always full ?
Yes you are correct, it does not count if your team has full HP. But we are spamming heal in order to proc insignia and heal those who are around.
