A father cutting the umbilical cord during a c section is a long followed tradition in western countries. Is it banned in India? Do you have any rules? Is filming of a c section banned in India. When your video content is for awareness why not the video of a c section can't be for awareness.

Actually many high tech hospitals in India, including Tamilnadu have packages for vaginal and c-sec delivery video shooting. Hospital management themselves will take video for us if we select their packages including shoots and pay them money for that. Also cutting a cord isn't a medical treatment or surgical procedure. Many women still deliver babies at home and a random old women (so called midwives in villages) cut the umbilical cord and handle the whole delivery process at home. These media hyping about everything just because he is a TH-camr.
