Can confirm, the Charice Formula can only achieve 320 kmh or around 200 mph with NoS, 300kmh without NoS or 186 mph, I tested on the longest straightaway on Delmare Downtown and I got up to 320 kmh without issue.
You got real lucky with with that Charice Formula top speed as I can't reach that. I think you should do fastest lap times on the Mountains track with every racing class vehicle with no upgrades.

@@jusanimate8565 the stuttgart one is possible but the game limit of the charice formula I think that ain't possible like almost on my perspective though also give some trick to do this more easily cause my tricks don't work
