Hi, One of friend who "voluntarily withdrawn" his visa at the US port of entry and gone back to home country. Later after 2 years he again entered USA without any issues. Do you think will there be any hurdles in express entry process ? (ofcourse i would suggest him to be truthful)
Generally speaking, border issues with other countries do not constitute inadmissibility to Canada. However, if the removal from another country is due to some underlying issues, there is a chance it causes inadmissibility to Canada.
