NOTICE for prospective applicants: UTD AES selection process has changed in some important aspects. This video is specifically MY experience. Plz lmk if u r interested in seeing a video on my tips for the updated selection criteria.
Thank you so much 🙏, I am from India, my daughter has scored 1510 on SAT with 6/6/6 on eassay. Excellent academics. Good extracurricular activities. Can you please guide/mentoring for getting AES for Fall 2022 admission.
no problem! I believe with that score, she will definitely get some form of AES. They have a new system and it is much more competitive, plus they give less money. With a 1510, she will get a higher end scholarship, just ensure she keeps a high ranking in her class and high GPA.
Amazing video, I've learned more in this 10-minute video than I have in the multiple 20-minute sessions with my guidance counselor. because of your video, I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. after my ventures in the military I went on to do a major in pre-med and a minor in pre-law in the "M.I.T of the south" and I took the MCAT exam and the BAR exams at the same exact time, BAR with my right hand and MCAT with my left. I am now a multi-billionaire venture capitalist and own 70% percent of wall street. with my funds, i decided to buy the planet, Jupiter so if you are ever in town hit me up, I owe everything I own to you. Thank you
Thank you for this video! It was very informative, especially for me as I just got accepted into UTD. Unfortunately, I was late in the application process so I doubt I qualify for the AES award. Do you know if UTD offers other scholarships that are as good as the AES?
Hey Oddy! Congrats on the acceptance! I would recommend going on the UTD website and check out the 3rd party scholarships they offer and apply to as many as u can. Many ppl don't do this so u have a good chance at getting them.
Hello ahmed , thank you very much for this video. im a biology student currently in my first year master , I'm having an interview with UT Dallas in 2 weeks for a summer internship under an inter-university co-op program, and honestly I'm so stressed this is my first interview and I'll get to talk l english, my third language, with real English speakers, I live in North Africa btw.
Salam, great video bro. Do you know how aes has changed after Covid. do you think it is possible to get a full ride with 1520 sat, and 4.1 weighted gpa for the fall 2022 semester
Hey thank you for the info in the video. I’m a junior and decided I wanted to go to UTD for software engineering and I have a 4.0 gpa, but a low SAT score. Do you have any recommendations for if I should get a tutor or how’s the best way to increase my score?
best way to increase your score is practice A LOT. Make sure you review your mistakes and understand why you got them wrong. I recommend Khan Academy - I did so much I finished every single question in their qbank. In the crunch time I was taking about 2 practice tests a week just to put in perspective
once you practice that much you'll start to realize in the math section there are set types of questions and by mastering them, math section will become a breeze. Writing, just know all the grammar rules. Reading is just practice and using strategies to decrease your timing
Hello, I have applied to Bsc. In CS at UTD before 1st December. Few days ago I've received a positive decision from UTD. I've been admitted to UTD. But I'm still not getting any news about my AES from UTD. Again the deadline to accept the offer letter of UTD is 1st May. But I can't accept it until I get my AES. I'm really worried right now. Should I wait for the AES for Should I accept my backup University? My SAT score is 1280 and I've a GPA of 5 out of 5 both in my Secondary school and in my higher school.
when is the earliest you can apply? (u automatically get put in the running for AES when u apply to utd right?) u said as soon as the 1st day came around u applied but when is the first day u can apply? october? august?
Hi, I have a 1440 SAT score too, with 8 A*s in O levels (ig that’s a 4.0 unweighted gpa) but my extracurriculars and A level subject combination is a bit weak. Can I still expect to get the 100% scholarship?
Hello Ahmad I have question I’m student at Princeton high school trying to get into UTD an I’m in the top 10% of class ranked 45 out of 609 I’m wondering what else will I need for UTD an I’m wondering how good of a SAT score do I need for full ride to s my rank good for scholarship an I also have 4.67 gpa
Your video helped me a lot. Actually, I am a freshman going UTD for my Doctorial Degree in Literature. I am looking forward if you can help me to get any scholarships. Thanks
Hey bro I need your advice on this I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in Mathematics and physics in home country The Gambia. I came across an advert on Facebook about the Erik jonsson school of engineering and conputer science which really inpressed me. Its has been my dream to study engineering so I tot this would be a great place to get started. Actually I should complete my bsc in 2021 December. I would like know which semester would be best to apply for as an international students. Thank you
Heya, tysm for the info. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind answering. I'm a 12th grade international student from India. I've been accepted by Texas A&M and was looking forward to studying there but for financial and personal reasons, I'll have to commute to college from my sister's home which is nearly 4hrs away. So I'm applying to UT Dallas and I think I could fit in well there. I got a 1420 on SAT and I want to major in Comp Sci. I'd appreciate it a lot if you could let me know about my chances of getting in and how I compare to other students applying for Comp Sci. Since I'm unfortunately applying late, I'm aware that I don't qualify for AES anymore and that my chances of getting into UTD are far lower. So I just roughly wanna know what the outcome would be before I get my hopes too high. I think my grades and scores are good enough to get me in but I'm having second thoughts since a lot of students apply for Comp Sci so you need better grades to get in. Please let me know if there's anything else I could do that would help me. Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this
I am 12 grade student from Pakistan. Will appear in Sat this oct and asap apply to UTD. Hope for the best and I am pretty sure if you are consistent you will get Aes. Don't Panic just stay confident
@@aabdi2001Oh thank god, that makes me feel a lot better, thanks lol. I also wanted to know if I could apply to AES as a sophomore next year, or is it necessary to be a freshman?
Hey Ahmed, Great video. I got my admit for professional flex MBA but it's very expensive. I want to avail the scholarship but am not sure what content to include in the essay as the limit is only 40 words. Could you please guide me on what to include in the content so that my chances of getting the scholarship increase? I'll be grateful if you can help me. Also, my deadline is 1may'22.
Hi. My son got admitted in UTD and is planning to take biology major for a pre-med track. Could you provide feedback for biology major and how it compares with Baylor academic wise. Thanks
i personally have never looked into baylor nor know anyone that goes to baylor so I cannot speak on that. but what i can say is that baylor is much more expensive and unless he has a full ride over there it will not be worth it
Hi man, I just got accepted into UTD about a week ago. I have a 3.35 GPA and an SAT of 1250. I'd like to know about what my next steps are, and how I can get as much financial aid as I can. Also, does living on campus matter in any way besides cost?
