That's not the real table tennis champion. It's the same person but the champion is at the skill level:1,500.

You can change th amount of point by pressing the button 1 or 2 (i dont remember wich one) on the Wii remote while it's loading. This secret function works with other other sports too, like the sword fight you can have a sunset background if you do it.
