Petal 15 💐Chocolate Chip Mini and Big Muffins

I didn't want to make all 6 big muffins because it's quite filling. Also, mini sizes allow me to pack them into kids' snack boxes. Here are the recipe for 12 mini muffins and 3 big muffins/ 6 big muffins :
125ml fresh milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
85g castor sugar
60g corn oil/vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
125g multipurpose flour
25g cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
a pinch of salt
85g of chocolate chip
Mini muffins - Bake at 180 degree for 15-18mins
Big muffins - Bake at 170 degree for 20mins
