    Good to see you making progress dude! I like to check in on your videos from time to time and see how you're doing. It must be hard going through your recovery but it's great to see you working at it. Keep it up!

    That was awesome Jake! You have very impressive posture because your core strength is so good. Much of the stiffness and shakiness will resolve itself once your and leg muscles strengthen and begin to work in coordination. It takes time and effort but there is no telling what the limits are to your future Improvement. I can only tell you based on my own personal experience that you are a long way from your potential and you will continue to make great progress.

    Is it possible to have a stroke and not know it? I lost my mobility overnight. Brain scans and MRI's revealed nothing.
