Fence grabbing should be automatic take down. They go on the ground. Not deductions or warning. It is unfair to the guy trying to take his opponent down. He used energy and time. It's the same with usman and leon. He clearly grabbed the fence. Imagine putting lots of effort into taking a guy down and he grabs fence to stop it. It changes the momentum
