Ah yes, one of the reasons why I stopped playing GT Sport online is because of this. Now I couldn't do what you do cause I'd like to have a good driver rating and such, so I wouldn't act out of revenge. Now the penalty system totally agree it's messed up I've been penalized just for even making small contact with someone and I'm like bruh. I do remember 1 encounter I had with a player when GT Sport first came out oh man looking at it now. I feel such an ass for cussing em out afterwards cause of how the whole last lap went down. I called him a dirty racer and he called me one as well oh man it was bad.
Yeah luckily nowadays the penalty system is still broken. Takes more to lower your SR. If it does lower. Just one or two clean races puts it back to normal. If you ask me Polyphony gave up on the penalty system over a year ago and just focused on GT7

Beating and banging with another driver just because they are faster is a dickbrained move, I’ve let plenty of faster guys go around me but if someone wants to be an idiot and start beating and banging with me I just put them off the track and take my penalty. I prefer to have gentlemen races personally but I believe in good sportsmanship versus stupidity
you are reacting to minor incidents with violent aggression. I can tell what sort of person you are, and I can tell you now, with road rage like that, you're a danger to other people on the road in real life.
I rave a lot in gt 7 and guys belive me.. he's doing great and correct punishment for dirti drivers, you can reconise a dirti drivers by this tiny Little minor incident as you call them, you have to punish them because if you trust them when you half past them they wreck into you ;)
