I believe he uses the usb from PC to power the Pi, its not HDMI CEC is it? I saw someone using a splitter to power the pi and emulating keyboard/mouse through the micro usb. I was thinking to power it externally and using a USB-A to USB-A male cable to emulate keyboard and mouse through another usb port on the Pi, so it wouldnt power down with the PC. Im getting my HDMI dongle sometime next week to set this up.
This looks like a fancy and expensive way to convert from one type of video connector to another one. For an actual KVM, you need to be able to switch not only between videos, but also between keyboard and mouse connectors from additional computers, which in your example seems to only connect to a single computer.
What about the keyboard and mouse input. how to configure keyboard and mouse ? usb c or usb A ?
Did you figured it out?

I don't have any knowledge of raspberry pie. Could you tell me how to use PiKVM via Hidden WiFi?

I can see the display but I can't control my laptop with mouse. Can you help me on this?
OK, i will try to find the solution and let you know
Any luck here?
This really does not explain how to connect the keyboard and mouse. Also power switches should be somehow accessed.

Why not build a V4, is it not doable ?
Can you tell me is it able to remote network boot (F12) key on keyboard
Yes
And also additional information if I don't have hdmi port in cpu where should I plug the HDMI cable...
Use usb to hdmi adapter
If you're talking about not having a hdmi port for your integrated graphics on your cpu, then you should plug it into your graphics card
How to connect multiple computers with Pikvm ?
