Tarlac City has become one of the premier cities in the Philippines. Thanks to the leadership of Mayor Christy Angeles, we have achieved peace and economic prosperity. With the help of City Tourism Officer, Willie Toldanes, Tarlac city is now one of the top tourist destinations in the region. Tourism Officer Toldanes, who is my cousin, asked me to promote this video.
