My mom used to work for Microsoft. They had those Microsoft stickered games around the office to give to clients. I mostly saw copies of Halo and Forza for the 360 but I am sure there were more. The big box boxes may be worth more than the games. Many of us collectors tossed our boxes back in the day and kept the guts...and nostalgia requires us to find the box nowadays.

The Donald Duck plush looks to be from a UFO machine, aka claw machine. Many of them are made by the SEGA company, and they get all sorts of licenses and make the prizes they put in the machines. There were tons of different disney characters in odd colors in these machines the last time I was in Japan. Or I am completely wrong. Either way, keep up the grear vids, always enjoy them!

I was manager of 2 video stores, and owned my own. Those video samplers are what they sent us to preview new movies coming out to pick what we wanted to order. Believe it or not VHS cost a lot before they were mainstream. I remember having to pay $900 each for a copy of ET to put out for rental.

Before VHS movies were regularly avaiable, movie companies sold to places like Blockbuster, Movie Gallary and other rental stores like mine months before they released for sale to general public. Meaning Blockbuster would have the newest release movies months sometimes years before a movie came out for sale to general public. And even back then Retail value of vhs movies were 20 to 50 dollars each. I paid 900 for a copy of ET from I think it was Universal pictures 8 months before it was sold in stores. Meaning I made 5 bucks a day renting it out which means I made over $1200 renting that movie out minues the $900 which left me a profit of $300 each tape. So no I didnt get ripped off, you just misunderstood, or you are to young to get how things worked back in the 80s

The big companies like Blockbuster got better deals because they bought larger lots of movies than us mom and pop stores. We got raked over the coals. Im sure Blockbuster only had to pay 100 each but they most likely bought 20 copies.

I love finding deals on various dvds and CDs, like two weeks ago I found a Led Zeplin Live dvd set for $4 and on Amazon it was close to a $30. Also even though not very expensive, but I got all the Saw movies including Jigsaw for $2.

I got the power glove for Christmas right after the movie The Wizard came out. I wanted it so bad because the movie made it look so cool. My parents knew how bad I wanted it so they even hid it behind the Christmas tree so I thought I didn't get it, like on a Christmas Story with the red rider BB gun. So I got the power glove I hooked it up to the family tv and it was awful, it was so hard to control, and really didn't work that good. But it's part of Nintendo history and it does look super cool. 🤘😁👍

Because he can get ebay prices at the swap meet, sometimes more. Riff makes it look like they are getting insane scores by just randomly stumbling across this stuff, it's not true. These are coordinated deals ahead of time. It's literally insane how much people charge and even more insane how willing people here in California are to spend over what the actual value is.
