How Does It Work?
The small, flexible cup is made of silicone or latex rubber. Instead of absorbing your flow, like a tampon or pad, it catches and collects it.
Just before your period begins, tightly fold the menstrual cup and insert it like a tampon without an applicator. Used correctly, you shouldn’t feel it. It’s similar to putting a diaphragm or birth control ring in place.
Your cup will spring open (you may need to rotate it first) and rest against the walls of your vagina. It forms a seal to prevent leaks. The blood then simply drips into the cup.
Some types are disposable, but most are reusable. To remove it, you pull the stem sticking out the bottom and pinch the base to release the seal. Then you just empty, wash with soap and water, and replace. At the end of your cycle, you can sterilize your cup in boiling water.

I use menstrual cup since 2016… earlier i bought the small size but my blood flow is very heavy so i switched to large size.. and using it without any hassle (I haven’t gave birth yet and am 20, still it adjusts with me..) all and all you should buy menstrual cup depending on your blood flow.. and make sure that its medical grade silicone and not too soft or not too hard.. I use the Sirona brand’s menstrual cup which’s available in India 🙏🏼.. hope this helps..

আপু আমার স্কিনে প্রচুর পরিমানে ব্রন এবং দাগ। অনেকে সাজেস্ট করছে বায়োহাইড্রাল ফেসিয়াল করার কথা বলছে আমার জন্য একটা ভিডিও দিবা যাতে করে আমার মত যাদের অয়েলি স্কিন এবং দাগ ও ওপেন পোরস এর সমস্যা খুব উপকার হয়। আমি কিন্তু কনো নাইট ক্রিম লাগাই না আর মেকাপ ও করি না। সুধু ভিটামিন সি সিরাম আর হোয়াট টোনের ক্রিম আর পাউডার ব্যবহার করি।আমি আমার স্কিনের ছবিও দিয়ে দিবো দয়া করে আমাকে যানালে উপকার হয়।

Ik now some people will come at me saying 'apnar problem ki. Nah dekhte mon chaile dekhben nah' etc etc but I personally do not care about those comments lol💀
Recently her videos has become so much clickbait-y and unhelpful. (By recent I mean the past few years after covid) like her thumbnail and title is so different than her original content, no wonder she gets sm hate for it. Talking about this video for example, ei thumbnail and title er completely opposite chhilo video ta. Why clickbait people into watching your video and then when they hate you for it you suddenly act the victim? The amount of times, uni nijeke ei shob situation victimize korechhen je it's funny now. Other makeup artists/creators still exist in BD and yet they're nothing like her lol 😆
