RS - same engin but less wight then both of them which results in better pickup, better handling, better top speed and small gain in mileage. Looks are subjective but RS is mixture of cafe racer and retro while other two are purely retro

True brother, the cb 350 rs is the sporty version of hness only with long tail tidy and fat rear tyre. But, it is the best looking 350cc bike in the segment
