- I received this beer as part of a beer trade during the in-between times. Since it was a 17% abv beer I sat on it for a few years waiting for the right time to drink it. Luckily, at the 2024 Brewtubers Get Together I met Paul from @PABrewNews and he was not scared to try this beer. Ain't Nothing to Fuck With from Mojave Brewing Company out of Henderson Nevada is a big boy boy! This beer poured out pitch black with just a slight hint of a tan head around the edge. Surprisingly it did not reek of alcohol. In fact there was no hint of alcohol on the nose. Immediately upon opening the can it smelled like char and deliciousness. There were scents of currant and cherry along with the smell of a chocolate cordial. With bitter chocolate and walnut husk on the finish of the nose. This beer smelled super complex. The flavors were phenomenal. There was ZERO alcohol in the mouth at all. It was a little thin on the body with a nice oily viscousness. The flavors were char, oak, dark chocolate, dark fruit and slight coconut. This was like eating one of those alcoholic chocolate cordials with out the hint of alcohol. There was even some black strap molasse in the flavor. This beer was absolutely amazing! A world class beer for sure! Thank you Ron for sending this to me. This was divine. This sounds wild! On Untappd, they call it a German Chocolate Cake Imperial Stout. I would've been all over this, as Paul said, don't let Joe hear about the coconut, LMAO! You could tell how much you both enjoyed it. Looked ridiculously great in those plastic cups, haha!

This was incredible. I was really shocked at the lack of boozyness. I expected this to have a big alcohol burn. This is definitely nothing to F*ck with!

We were both very shocked that there was practically no indication of alcohol in the beer. Crazy!
And I would be all over that if you would stop hiding behind your Naturdays in the fridge!
