I think there is something fishy with chamber, the board even shows that there is something going on about neon's limiter caps and chamber is trying to get that limiter and we still dont know what he will do with it
Chamber did claim he wanted to "corrupt" a young mind with Reyna and this young mind may or may not be Neon, he might be trying to manipulate her limiter caps to try and do whatever the fuck he needs to do with her
Chamber need Neon to power the teleporter, i don't really think he would sabotage his own objective by interrupting the process, also the hacker seems to be trying to target Chamber in the feelings, mentioning that his goal is not basic/aimless and that people will judge him for that, quite strange i would say.

The thing is, if it is agent 8, a question pops up that is how does he/she have information about chamber since we know that he joined recently in the protocols. Though it does make sense for it to be agent 8 as it has information on the first few members who joined the protocol like Brim, sage, viper, omen and raze. It could from my perspective be that one easter egg(posters behind jett) in the new valorant music video or it could be the scout that viper was talking about in the voice messages.
If the Blackmailer is Agent 8, i wonder that he/she will be a hacking based agent perhaps. If he/she could gain so much info from the Protocol and not even Cypher can detect him/her then I believe that he/she is into hacking and info gaining while staying unnoticed. Maybe they will be like Sombra from OW, like a stealth and info gaining agent. That'll be interesting

Ascent is related to the 'Venice Incident', Bind is the same city where Cypher grew up, Icebox had the break in with Yoru, Split is located in Tokyo where Yoru grew up, Breeze contains the teleporter KAY/O used to get here, and Fracture was sabotaged by Chamber. That could be the reason why it's not included, or it could be something completely different. Just a guess.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Split is also a city where Kingdom has taken control over it. There are agents voice lines explaining it such as Yoru claiming it used to be a nice neighborhood before the Kingdom infestation began. According to Cypher, Bind was also controlled by Kingdom. As he puts it, Kingdom is sucking his city dry.

I got it right! So they really are holding off mirror earth while they figure out how to have it make sense in gameplay. Now, this mystery seems to really be linked to agent 8 in some capacity, remember, the blackmailer says someone disappeared and blames the protocol. So I don't think it is agent 8 but rather linked to them somehow. Chamber is sus as well. He wants neon's limiter removed and it is in fact on the board, so it is important. There's also the detail: Chamber could recover the blueprints from Fracture, Cypher couldn't. If there is someone who could maybe impress Cypher, it could be him. Tho I suspect he is not the blackmailer, he could be working with them.
If I had to guess I think the reason that the board was moved is so that more players would notice it. Most people who use the training range don't tend to explore it and so they likely were not aware of Brimstone's room before.
Cypher is so good at information gathering that his concerns are the entire Valorant protocol's concerns he even gets respect from Sova and Chamber all that reputation in lore just to die in every cinematic smh riot

The hacker later joins the Phantom Thieves, didn’t mention names to avoid spoilers.

so, i figured it out, haven isn't linked to the board because in the defender spawns of every other map there is a tablet from the blackmailer there is no tablet in haven anywhere that i have yet seen. i suggest you go explore sir jepps

The blackmailer will definately be an agent where the blackmailer will eventually hesitantly work with the agents in a scenario where he can only turn to them for help but uses their info as hostages. And with Viper's line that includes the whole "we need more eyes" thing, probably points to that, or another agent altogether. And i think the blackmailer is related to the mirror earth and he is sabotaging them to stop them from entering mirror earth.

Ok, so on ascend, brimstones real name is Liam. Go check for yourself, it's on defender side spawn, that little thing on the middle. Also, on the home page, you can see Neon powering the teleporter, but either she uses too much power or something, but everything just shuts down.
My predictions because it has similarities to an agent I was making. Agent will have the ability to steal abilities and/or ults (this would be an ult itself), agent will be a sentinel or initiator, and will be a stronger information gatherer than sova, Cypher or even Kay-o. Will be working for a spliter group from kingdom or one of the higher ups controller of valorant protocol.

Could it be the reason why Haven is not connected is because Haven is a place where the disaster happened naturally (the rock formation was created by the first light/radianite right?) On the other hand, the other maps have some kind of history with mad-made disaster. Maybe the blackmailer knows the whole reason why those disaster happened, and maybe the VP actually had something to do with it.
I feel like the reason why we are going to get a new map an agent in act 3 n not 2 is just because of this blackmailer... Ok I have a theory Team valorents finds the 8th agent they talk him/her into joining them again then they would jump into the teleporter n enter mirror world That would be a good explanation lore wise that why no new map or agent in act 2 when the teleporter is ready(almost)..
Is this Riots way of telling us the new map has to wait? Since as far as we know, the new map will be on earth 2, and Riot basically just told us that the Omega plans, as they called it, and since we know from fracture that kingdom called mirror earth Omega, have to wait for a blackmailer, which could lead into a new agent. So my first instinct was, new agent before new map. But I could be totally wrong here, that was just my first thought when i heard the new voiceline.

Before when it was just the board it was odd that all the maps with two sites but haven have three and now i am thinking that they can only get data on maps with two sites and three is to much work. Could it be the reason why Haven is not connected is because Haven is a place where the disaster happened naturally (the rock formation was created by the first light/radianite right?)
On the other hand, the other maps have some kind of history with mad-made disaster. Maybe the blackmailer knows the whole reason why those disaster happened, and maybe the VP actually had something to do with it.
I feel like the reason why we are going to get a new map an agent in act 3 n not 2 is just because of this blackmailer...
Ok I have a theory
Team valorents finds the 8th agent they talk him/her into joining them again then they would jump into the teleporter n enter mirror world
That would be a good explanation lore wise that why no new map or agent in act 2 when the teleporter is ready(almost)..
Is this Riots way of telling us the new map has to wait? Since as far as we know, the new map will be on earth 2, and Riot basically just told us that the Omega plans, as they called it, and since we know from fracture that kingdom called mirror earth Omega, have to wait for a blackmailer, which could lead into a new agent. So my first instinct was, new agent before new map. But I could be totally wrong here, that was just my first thought when i heard the new voiceline.

its probably a new agent that has something to do with hacking things maybe like for example taking over KJ bot, or raze romba, or even hack to brimstone hand (idk wt it was called) anyway you got the point hacking and control enemy techs, maybe if this happen it would literally one of thw worst agents (at least for me) anyway that's my first guess.
Another guess that might be chamber under cover but the team still does not know he is chamber, I mean come on we all know how bad is chamber and how he act all the time as evil.

Before when it was just the board it was odd that all the maps with two sites but haven have three and now i am thinking that they can only get data on maps with two sites and three is to much work. But the name haven is a name for a save place so maybe they cant get data but it is a haven. Just ideas.
