I make lip scrubs as a business and you can just leave them out!
Can do either though it lasts longer when refrigerated

Do your scrubs harden from the coconut oil? Girl I’m losing it . I’ve remade the formula for my scrubs 10 times already and it always gets hard with just coconut oil. Now I’m starting to also add grapeseed and it’s now either too oily or still gets hard 😑
Fractionated coconut oil instead

You don’t wash the containers? & I think you should add your pigments first so it won’t be difficult mixing it with the oil in there

No the tropical punch oil is for scent , it is not necessary unless you want them to smell nice.

If you use a preservative it can last around a year, if not I’d say no more than 2 weeks stores in a cool dark place .
