I don't get why people let potential criminals go, saying "I've got enough to reject them, then I get payed". Yeah, like 150? If you catch a criminal you get more, you get contraband to sell, you get experience for everything you dig out of the car. I don't get it, it's free money and xp.
It depends the government pays hundredish dollars for contrabands and only xp for capturing and delivering the criminals while some criminals can offer upto 570$. So you've to swap back and forth between being honest and being corrupt to earn more money per day.
@@Sumirevins I know the ideal route is letting some slip so you don't fill up the jail to fast, and some people hate delivering prisoners because of all the bandits etc.. But from a min/max perspective, it's still the ideal way to go. expand the jail, catch and deliver all prisoner+contraband. Later on you need ALL the cash you can get just to stay afloat, as there's no hard coded leniency if you get to endgame without being prepared; you simply game over.
@@Easyflux nah not really, I started to play some days ago and progressing each a bit and I only upgraded my jail in chapter 3 or 4, the storage has yet to be upgraded, I focussed on upgrading my crewmates and lodging first, also taking every intermission I can and also always fighting and killing gangs that ambush you. Yes, it's a pretty stressfull way of playing but it's also rewarding lol
Hey, @Drae, did you know you can search the bodies of those you kill? They can contain additional ammo for you. Discovered that by accident while doing my own playthrough.
Just found that out randomly by playing yesterday and I was a bit sad I never done it before but eh, ammo isn't exactly the most expensive thing in the game and I mainly use the pistol from distance anyway so 10 bucks a mag aint much lol

Might come in late but I also stumbled upon a video of the game on another channel and immediately closed it after the first few minutes because I knew I had to experience it myself, it's only that much fun when watching someone else do it.
