I didn't know him personally, nor as a N.Y. Gov...but, the way he delivers his speech, very calming, soft spokesman.. He's like his son, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, knowledgeable, and respectful..

Governor Mario Cuomo according to the man himself admitted smoking up to three pack a day until his wife sent young Chris to ask his father if he really loved his family. His father said "of course I love my family" then Chris asked then please stop smoking. And to the late Governor's credit he in fact did quit smoking. As an Italian American myself I always looked up to Governor Mario Cuomo as he was a great role model for me.

He never thought he was good enough to run the Country, but he would have been an excellent Prez.
A great man, with a wonderful brain, he had the smarts to see large problems and the ability to foresee solutions.
