Your amazing and an inspiration. I can only get to ketone 1.0 after 36 hrs fasting. I do not believe I've got any higher even though I've fasted for 72 hrs. Do you have any tips how to get to 4.0 ketones?? I am very interested in cracking this chestnut.
@@pablokelly624 so what I’ve researched is that the dog formula fenbenzole is more pure our then what they sell on the web. Unless it’s from a pharmacy. the amount should be 444 mg a day. one day off. Then when healed take 222mg a day for maintenance.
How about fasting? You should talk to Jeff from Blessings on my Journey. He was told he was terminal with colon cancer that had spread to his liver. He fasts for 5 days every other week.
