    Hi Ma’am,
    Good Evening to you. We saw your youtube channel about Immigration in US. I and my wife are both working here in Singapore. 35 and 34 yrs old resepectively. My wife is planning to get the J1 visa (to work as Medical Assistant), she is a Nurse here in Singapore. She dont have yet the NCLEX and plan to get the examination once she’s already there in the United Sates. Can you help me give an advise if this is possible? Thank you,

    Hi there. I am a canadian with a bachelors from a canadian university that graduated in 2019. I have about 1.5-2 years of work experience so I believe I will need to go through the Trainee program. How do I find sponsorships online? Do I just cold call them? Most of the jobs on indeed are intended for people that already have a visa to work within the USA. thank you for this video it helped a lot!

    • @j-1visaconsulting258
      @j-1visaconsulting258  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello. Yes, it sounds like you would qualify for the Trainee category. In regards to finding positions, online is probably the best way. Just keep looking as not all positions require a work visa. In order to find a sponsor, you can search for one here: j1visa.state.gov/programs I hope this helps!

Here is a very important and hard question, If i have a bachelor's degree in accounting and graduated from 2 years ago, but i don't have any experience in accounting field (ZERO EXPERIENCE) BUT I HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A WAITER, so can i apply as a trainee for hospitality program or i must have 5 years in hospitality field because i have a bachelor's degree in accounting??!! 💓

    Hi,
    I had a doubt regarding sponsorship. Do I have to suggest a sponsor to the employer when the employer doesnt have any? Does the sponsorship fee gets paid by the employer?

    Hello, this question is about an Internship. I am currently enrolled full time in College and my program is 2 years college and 2 years university. This means that i will be granted a diploma and a degree at the end of the total 4 years of school. This is in Canada and i got offered a internship offer in the USA. Lastly, i was wondering if a certificate from a post secondary institution and diploma were the same thing

    • @j-1visaconsulting258
      @j-1visaconsulting258  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. As different countries have different educational standards, your diploma and degree would have to be evaluated through the application process with a sponsor to ensure it equates to a U.S. post secondary degree.

    Hello, thank you for this thorough explanation video.
    Question: with regard to ensuring your internship is within your academic field of study, how closely aligned does it have to be? I studied Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at university which was an extremely broad degree covering lots of areas of academia: psychology, economics, neurology, business etc.

    • @j-1visaconsulting258
      @j-1visaconsulting258  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. I'm glad you found the video helpful! If your degree is general, your transcripts will give a better idea of your course study and a sponsor will evaluate if there is enough correlation between what you studied and what your intended internship will be.

      @@qonyambura1479 Hello. You can check out the eligibility requirements for the teacher program on the Department of State's website. I don't know your educational background so I am unable to tell you precisely if you would be eligible or not.

    Hi, I’m graduating from a part time degree in Ireland which is a level 8 degree (hons) I know you’ve to be full time student to be eligible but I notice the word “or”. A part time level 8 degree is the same as a full time level 8 degree so if I complete my degree then apply should I be eligible?

      I finish my degree this Friday so after that I’ll just have a honours degree and not be a part time student anymore
