I hav booking dere from 2 to 8. If monsoon doesn't come till 8, shud i expect permanent restaurants or shacks to be opened at palolem and banolem beach or not?
Permanent restaurants will still be operational, all temporary structure made of wood and are right on beach will close, and as monsoon hit goa, before that only shacks starts closing

In goa You can apply for jobs in hotel industry, jobs related to tourism industry, pharma, construction these are top employment giving industry in goa, if you have some qualifications related to these field you can apply.
Are pools open
It depends on hotel, whether they want to keep it open, but a lot of hotels will be available with pools, so while booking you have to confirm from hotel, if pool is open or not
